415. Sections 159 to 161, the first paragraph of section 162, the first and second paragraphs of section 163, sections 164 to 166, 169 to 173, 175 to 175.3, paragraph 3 of section 176.1 and sections 177 to 178 apply to the Comité or to its members, with the necessary modifications. For that purpose, “member of a school service centre’s board of directors” means a member of the Comité.
